How to Book a Treatment at The Old Hammam & Spa
To book a treatment, simply call us at 020 8807 3330 during our operating hours:
- Monday 10am-6pm Ladies Only
- Wednesday 10am-6pm Ladies Only
- Friday 10am-6pm Mixed
- Saturday 10am-6pm Ladies Only
- Sunday 10am-5.30pm Mixed
If you’re unable to reach us by phone, you can email us at info@oldhammam.co.uk, and we will aim to get back to you within 48 hours. Alternatively, you can text 07763 067706, and we’ll assist you with your booking
Need to Cancel or Reschedule Your Session?
To cancel or rearrange your session, please call us at 020 8807 3330 at least 48 hours in advance.
Please note that we do not accept cancellations via email
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as payments via Pay by Link.
Important Information
- Non-refundable Payments: All payments are non-refundable. However, if you provide over 48 hours’ notice for cancellation, we can offer a credit valid for 3 months.
- Late Arrivals: If you arrive late for your appointment, we will only be able to provide the remaining time allocated for your session. We aim to begin treatments within 40-60 minutes of your scheduled start time.
